The location is great

I felt as if the hotel was haunted. Some very strange things happened during my stay. Also the rooms were not very nice or clean

Everything, because I had to pay even using a microphone to warm up food, 20 minutes passed for check out they changed me extra and the room was very small compared to the one I actually booked.

အခန်းက သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်ပီး ပေးရတဲ့စျေးနဲ့ အတော်လေးကို သင့်တော်ပါတယ်။ Location ကလည်း BTS နဲ့သိပ်မဝေးဘူးဆိုတော့ အရမ်းကိုအဆင်ပြေတဲ့ ဟိုတယ်လေးပါ။ staff တွေလည်းဖော်ရွေပီး helpful ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Sukhumvit Nana မှာ အလည်သဘောနဲ့သည်ဖြစ်စေ အလုပ်ရှိလို့သည်ဖြစ်စေ ကျွန်တော် ဒီဟိုတယ်ကိုတော့ recommend ပေးချင်ပါတယ်ဗျာ ပေးရတဲ့စျေးနဲ့တန်လို့ပါ

Nice room, clean, good services and great location

Very best location close to Nana BTS or highway to Airport, very friendly reception and quiet rooms as well as good breakfast.

Location is the only thing that can be appropriate!!!

1. Breakfast: Though they say they offer continental and Indian breakfast. But they can offer only one or two Indian items, and the worst part is that those foods taste horrible. 2. Pool: The pool is tiny, and it closes at 5:00 pm every day. So there is no chance for anyone to enjoy the pool after a hectic, busy day.3. Check-in issue: It was mentioned that my booking was for 4 adults and 2 kids in two rooms. Initially, they gave me 2 blankets and 2 pillows in one room (two twin beds) and one blanket and two pillows in the other. Since we are six persons (two kids and four adults), I request an extra 2 pillows and a blanket. They hesitated to give me any extra, and after showing them the booking, they agreed to provide it but warned me that they would not do it next time and would charge extra for it!!!4. Cleaning: The room was not very clean, and no slippers, toothpaste, or brush were provided.Anyway, if anyone visiting from North America, Europe and especially with kids, it's a No No!!!

Close to Nana Plaza, bats, restaurants etc

Run for local Bangladesh community and visitors from there. Awful food for Western tastes, not friendly staff and have found Bangladesh community rude and arrogant and complaining to Thai staff too much

Very smelly bathroom. Had to leave light on in bathroom all night so exhaust fan would run and take away most of that nasty smell.

I had a major surgery and I could not even get an extra pillow. I had to pay for a pillow. We had one pillow each. Normally hotels have 2 pillows each. We had on single chair in the room come on. If th eroom is for 2 person, at least have 2 chairs. Very sad.

Excellent ever staff very clever, very helpful, very friendly, i would like to thank everyone specially Tess, Bumm, Paktira& Kasita in reception and Pee and Paiapee in restaurant as well as cleaning room staff all are excellent, room is clean, i have very good story related to hotel, when i joined they gives me very bad room ac not well bed has bugs clipping, bathroom smell very bad, i went to reception they change room directly with better one as upgrade and they promise to never sell that room tell fixing it, very thanks to all the staff members, hotel very near to NaNa station train station as well in back of hotel lake and boat can taking quickly to Big C and Central world as well as some walking to very good market place, they have good set menu for Lunch with very good price

Hotel needs refurbished as i see it becomes little bit old, breakfast is very bad no alternatives are available at all in buffet, no others facilities in room rather than shampoo and conditioners, even no tissues in room just for toilets, these are very little things however changes the value of the room, no slippers, no body cream, no toothpaste and facilities.

The breakfast were so good. And the location of the hotel is just beside the river though we could travel by the boat.

They could include some item in room facilities such as slipper toothpaste and brush.

Noice free and tourism based hospitality.

Rooms were quite large and very comfortable bed.Very clean and tidy and staff willing to help you in every way possible.set off man road with car park which was a bonus.

Pool a bit small but adequate.

The main house where we stayed is over 100 years old, which is really cool. The room had lovely high ceilings and old wooden floor. The staff were lovely and really accommodating. There was air con in the room and it was all clean and tidy. For the price it was a great stay.

Due to the age of the house the walls are quite thin but it’s nothing earplugs didn’t solve!
